Dining
The table changes in every house
In Polanco there is a restaurant with its own menu. In La Paz, a kitchen facing the Sea of Cortés. In San Miguel there is no restaurant: there is a breakfast made to order and served in the courtyard.
Oysters with lime on the sand, green chilaquiles by the pool, Neapolitan pizza on the terrace. Each house lays its own table.
